Freight · zones and paperwork
The unit leaves the pad loaded, strapped and documented
We quote freight with carriers we have used before, and you pay the carrier directly. Nothing about the transport is hidden in the price of the truck.
Zones
Export and cross-border moves are quoted per unit — ask the desk for the port paperwork list.
What the buyer arranges
- Choice of carrier: our desk quotes with two or three carriers, and you may bring your own.
- Payment for transport goes to the carrier directly — we do not mark freight up.
- Insurance in transit is arranged by the carrier and named on their paperwork before pickup.
- Delivery address, gate hours and a contact who can receive the unit.
What we do at the pad
- Loading: ramps, a winch and a spotter. Non-running units are loaded with the deck equipment.
- Paperwork: title, bill of sale, weight and dimensions, and photographs of the unit loaded.
- Release: the driver signs for the unit, and you get the loading photographs the same day.
- Storage: if a carrier is late, the unit stays on the pad at no charge for the first three days.
Rolling or not rolling?
A unit that does not start is not a problem — it changes the trailer, not the plan. Tell the desk which it is when you ask for the quote: a running unit loads on a standard trailer with ramps, a dead one needs deck equipment and a winch, and that is booked in advance.
Quote the move
Give us the unit number, the delivery ZIP and whether it rolls — the rate comes back the same day.
